College Park Provincial Court |
Finch Courthouse |
The Community Justice Program at both of these locations is available Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 4:30pm. The program is available to those who have been charged with a minor offence. The crown attorneys automatically screen people for diversion and inform you if you are eligible via a charge screening form at court. Diversion can be completed through a donation and/or community service hours with a service fee. Upon successful completion the charge will be withdrawn.
